105 - Output coordinates to the chat + flash screen

Hello!
I suggest you add two functions:
1. Flash on the edge of the screen. For greater clarity.
2. And the conclusion of coordinates to the chat.
For example if there is a conclusion to the guild channel it will help players understand where the rare mob.
