976 - No cd timer on Runes

For my Death Knight on the most recent Alpha build it no longer shows the cd timer for runes. shows just an empty bar recharging. It is checked off in the options to show the text.

    Rune Timers still seem to show just fine for me. Try the latest version, there are some changes to various bars in there.
