876 - Very strange 2D Blood Elf portrait

I don't know what causes it or how to reproduce it, but periodically, the portrait is just...wrong.

The picture is not of the in-game blood elf.
I tried toggling new models off, and it's not of the old model either.

Top row is when it's wrong, bottom row is correct
