What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I'd like to be able to evenly space the time intervals on my cooldown bar, even playing with the time compression option I don't care for the large gaps it leave in between the bar in some places while cramming stuff together towards the end (for example, i show 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1min, and 1.5min on my cd bar, then just space everything longer than that out by one minute (2min, 3min, 4min) since mostly i am concerned with abilities coming off cd shortly). If it would be possible to add an ability to the mod to attempt to "evenly" distribute the time intervals across (or as close to evenly as possible) the bar after you enter in the times you want displayed, it would be very much appreciate and in my opinion make the mod much cleaner and better for quickly glancing/checking your cd situation.
