38 - Elemental Mastery w/ t10-2p bonus not updating correctly
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Elemental shaman with 'Elemental Mastery' skilled and 2p of t10
2. Use Elemental Mastery followed by regular cast rotation
3. Elemental Mastery will not update correctly on the cooldown bar
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
EM cooldown icon should move on the cooldownbar properly (skipping 2 seconds on every lb/cl cast)
What version of the product are you using?
0.6.17
