27 - Eclipse ICD
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cast Wrath or Starfire till Eclipse is triggered.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No internal cooldown indicator shows up, though all other indicators work
What version of the product are you using?
Release 10 Jan 2010 SexyCooldown-v0.6.17
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error available.
Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried resetting Cache/WTF with the latest release version. All other indicators work aside from Eclipse ICD(Yes I have the option turned on :p)
It's not blacklisted either.
This is with max rank (3) Eclipse talent on a level 80 druid
