25 - Arcane Barrage cooldown not showing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the Arcane Barrage spell on a mob/test dummy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the three second cooldown to show, but instead I get nothing.

What version of the product are you using?
0.6.17

Please provide any additional information below.
Arcane Barrage is available for Mages in the Arcane tree as a 51-point talent. I do not have the spell blacklisted.
So far, both ranks 1 and 2 do not show up.

    I can also confirm that Arcane Barrage does not show. It has a 3 second cooldown which is equal to the threshold set in the preferences.
