15 - Splashed icons have a weird square in the center
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup any bar, trigger an ability, watch the icon-splash when the icon falls off and splashes
2. Scaling up the splash scale and slowing the splash speed down makes it extremely obvious, but the problem is still there on small/fast icon splashes
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected splash should be the icon growing without anything else in the center of it. Instead, it's got a weird white cross-hatch pattern in the center.
