87 - Allow route creation from tomtom waypoint list

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Paste a list of tomtom waypoints into window and create a route.

Please provide any additional information below.
There are a few achievements, notably the cloud serpent race, and now the new blazing wing ach in darkmoon faire, for which waypoints in a specific sequence is mandatory.   
Tomtom waypoints are available for those, but tomtom does NOT support forcing a specific sequence of waypoints.
