98 - WoW not completely loading all the time

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I'm not sure why this happens sometimes and other times doesn't but I enabled all my addons one at a time to figure out which one was causing the problem.  It seems to be recount.  Sometimes when I log in, I get the loading screen and the loading bar progresses all the way but then it seems like it freezes.  It never gets past the loading screen and I have to kill WoW in the Task Manager and start it back up and hope it works the next time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to work.  Not work.  lol

What version of the product are you using?
I believe I'm using v3.3g

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

    My mistake.  Turns out it's just a bug with the patch since a lot of people are having the same issue with all addons.
