955 - Add outline option for bar text
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
The title pretty much says it all. An outline would greatly improve visibility of the bar text, especially if you're using bright or transparant colors.
Please provide any additional information below.

This probably shouldn't be too difficult to add, and I can't believe I couldn't find a ticket for it, because a quick google search will reveal that there is a demand for it.
You'll also find quick-fixes for this, which is currently what I'm doing, but it would be great to get an official solution, so I wouldn't have to edit the .lua files every time there's an update.
