817 - Combine "Party", "Instance" and "Raid" report targets into a single option.

Just as title said, I can't imagine a situation, when you're in a raid and want to throw report NOT in raid chat. Same for instance party chat.

    Altho odd, it is possible that you might want to report to party and not instance, or vice versa. I could definitely see combining Instance/Raid/BG. But for example if I queue for LFR with my friends I would type to them in party rather than in raid.

    I've already supplied the authors with the checks to "filter" the output options. Hopefully, it will be committed soon.

    Basically, only the logical output options will show.

    • In a home party, no instance group: "Party" is shown, "Instance" is hidden.
    • No home party, but in an instance group: "Party" is hidden, "Instance" is shown.
    • In a home party and in an instance group: "Party" and "Instance" are both shown.

    The reason both party and instance options can show at the same time is for when you're in a party with a friend, running an instance, and you want to compare details with your friend only. There's no need to spam details, especially Detail window details, to instance chat in this case.
