788 - Angelic Bulwark does NOT appear under healing
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Spec Into the Talent: Angelic Bulwark (for priests)
2. Have something knock you below 30% health
3. Check Recount to see if the Angelic Bulwark absorb shield appears under healing (or absorbs): it doesn't
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see some healing / absorbs due to angelic bulwark. I see no mention of it.
