75 - Cant see recount help!

Description
i have tried just about every thing, but i cant get recount to show up. it was working just fine then when i disabled somthin (not recount) i could not see recount it. i reinstalled installed manualy, done just about every thing i can think of. also on all other charictors on world of warcraft i can see recount just fine its just on this one charictor (my hunter) pleese help.
