685 - ClobalCooldown
I search a tool to log the ClobalCooldown. I will see how often the cd has capped by 1sec, to consider the hastrating is enought or not. I think recount is perfect for this. It is possible to implement a logframe for CD like the RaidDPS, FPS, Lags etc?
