What is the issue?
Everytime that I try to open the recount window to see what's going on,  the client crashes.  Anyone who can help me, asap as well, I would really really appreciate it.  See below for the error code, and please not that this was the second way trying.  First I tried recount alone, then i tried with the Titan Integration.

Please provide any additional information below.
