58 - My recount wont pop up in WoW anymore

Description
When i try and redownload it, it doesnt work. And a week ago when i think i was trying to inspect someone. Something pop'ed up, i cant remeber what it said but i remeber the choices were (disable) or (ignore). I remeber clicking (disable) i didnt know what it would do. If you could help me please. Thankyou
