571 - non of my addons work

Description
i can easily install all my addons. but when i log wow and my charechar list appears thats no button called addons as normal. this proplem started after i had alot of bug logging my chars becouse of the addons. i talked to a GM and he told me to delete all addons and the folder "addons" i did that and i reinstall it. but now i just cant get my addons work.
Steps to Reproduce
