45 - Recount missing

Description
Recount crashed one time when I was running dungeons, and it was disappear ever since. I've tried to uninstall it and reinstall it; I've also tried to look for the recount .lua which was suppose to be under WTF folder with no success (with all the sub-folder too) Please advice on this matter, any help with be appreciated. Thank you.
