428 - no way to reopen recount

Description
when someone closes recount in game (wow) while trying to reset the count. they cant re-open recount with out reloading the plugin, or deleting all preferences etc.
Steps to Reproduce
click on the X next to the stat reset buttion.... now try to open it because you didnt want to close it.
