424 - dk blood shields not always accurately counted
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tank something with a dk tank
2. Compare death strikes used (under damage done) to blood shields (under absorbs)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Blood shields are created from deathstrikes, the shield can stack from multiple absorbs so the number of shields may be less than the number of deathstrikes but recount doesnt appear to be handling absorbs from this correctly. For example, on a Maloriak fight, recount is showing I did 39 death strikes but only had 2 blood shields for a total of 34k of absorbs over the whole fight. World of Logs shows 550K of effective absorbs from blood shield on the same fight.
