366 - Recount not working on main
What steps will reproduce the problem?
I've deleted it off my computer and put it back on, and reloaded.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using?
v4.0.1e
Do you have an error log of what happened?
Please provide any additional information below.
I downloaded it and was using it with no problems, then one day when I logged in on my main, it wasn't showing. It shows on other characters. When I've reloaded it and try to log on to main, the screen freezes and I'm forced to end the program. But I'm abl to log on to other characters with no problem.
