Description

After installing r1148 I conducted several 5 minute tests of affliction on the PTR (4.1 13750 build) with a character copy of my main, not a premade. The damage recorded was extraordinarily low so I conducted identical tests on live (just running standard rotation not using any proc abilities like nightfall or the t11 4p bonus. The live version calculated twice as many attacks/ticks as the PTR in the same time frame. This bug also carried over to the attacks made by my felhunter.
