There seems to be an issue where elemental shamans are not having fire totems and maybe overloads also not show on other peoples recount.

steps to reproduce the problem?
1. go to a dummy in a group
2. go thru a rotation with the fire ele totem up and also with seering up
3. compare the 2 different totals between each party member

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i have seen a 4 to 5k difference between the 2 party members recount.
also if u run logs u will see that there is a huge percent difference on the amount of damage like 5-8% of the damage is actually missing. it seems like the shamans recount calcs it fine but doesn't translate to other party member's. also i did verify that the other party member was using the the same version of recount as me

this is an issue i see in early feb that still hasn't been addressed or even assigned this is a big deal for recount to be missing this much dps
