309 - recount does not show up

Description
when i log on to WoW and look at my list of addons recount is not there, i go ingame type /recount show and it does not show. it was working fine before and then it just suddenly stopped working. ive uninstalled and have reinstalled it many time both manually and with the curse client. but nothing works
