299 - Recount - Issue with Character name "Arena"

Description
One of my guildmates plays a Death knight named Arena. Whenever she is in our group, after a while, the DPS meter stops taking her damage into account. There is no set amount of time before this occurs, but always before we finish a dungeon. All the rest of my guildmates who have Recount have this same issue.
