254 - Block % not showing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any combat with a block user taking damage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To see an accurate percentage of attacks blocked on the incoming attack summary page

What version of the product are you using?
any

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error

Please provide any additional information below.
The % of attacks blocked shown on the incomming attack summary is often nothing or completely inaccurate, the amount of damage that is being blocked does appear to be accurate though.  Is there anyway to get an accurate count of blocked attacks?

    In Tracker.lua is the following commented:

    --[[	if blocked then
		HitType="Block"
	end
	if absorbed then
		HitType="Absorbed"
	end--]]

    I guess this is done because blocked and absorbed are now tracked by PartialBlock and PartialAbsorb, instead of ElementHitsTaken.

    The details window is using the only ElementHitsTaken though.

    A quick work around is just removing the comments around the blocked tacking like:

    	if blocked then
		HitType="Block"
	end
--[[
	if absorbed then
		HitType="Absorbed"
	end--]]

    That should display the number of times blocked and the % of times blocked in the detail window.
