221 - Recount won't install

What is the issue?
I manually download the 4.0.1a recount, and when I open the file and move the content into the World of Warcraft Addons folder (I'm on a Mac) I then go to start up wow and on the addons page recount does not show up.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried redownloading, putting all contents of all the folders into the Addon folder instead of just opening recount folder, and stil the problem persists
