Graph windows are not movable on cataclysm

Steps to Reproduce

open the damage done frame, attack something and ctrl+click your character. a window appears. try to move and resize it. windows aren't locked in the config window

    The last time I tried it in Cata Beta, everything was stuck in the middle of my screen - couldn't drag any of the windows. I haven't tried it with the latest build.
