198 - Recount is broken

Description
For some reason recount is not showing up in my interface as an addon. I saw a message go by that said a addon is blocking recount. I dont know what addon this is and I have tried to unistall and reistall recount, but it still doesn't show up. The only addons I have are Gear Score and Deadly boss mods, do these addons turn recount off. They never did this before.
