174 - Recount won't record any information at all on a single character but works fine for the others.

Any time I have recount open on my mage, the log is completely blank, but on my druid, information is recorded just as it should be.
What version of the product are you using?
v3.3h release
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No
Please provide any additional information below.
This only seems to happen on my arcane mage, who I actually need the recount for. My resto druid can flip through everything else fine. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, but still nothing.
