126 - set focus disabled recount

Description
I disabled recount by mistake. now even with an uninstall and reinstall it will not function.
Steps to Reproduce
in raid group i set focus to another player. got an error message asking to ignore or disable. I disabled. now I am unable to get recount to work again. uninstall reinstall. including full computer restart.
