11 - Buff/Debuff update filter flags not working
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Config UI toggle Buff/Debuff filter flags has no effect

Nothing is changed, there is no view to see buff/debuff uptime.
What version of the product are you using?
Up to 3.3f at least
Do you have an error log of what happened?

Buff/debuff tracking is very explensive and would be beyond the capacities of most machines/current WoW client performance.
The flags are in there for nostalgia mostly. If lots of people find them very offensive I might remove/disable them, but I think there are more important things to spend time on! ;)
