1055 - Holadins shocks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Data mined from combat log are incorrect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Recount counts holy shock crits as half or something like that. During combat, heal big floating nuber say 2,5M heal from holy shock crit and in recount/healing/character is that crit heal counted as 1,25M

What version of the product are you using?
7.0.3j

Cant screen that, floating number just flies away before I open healing details :D

Please provide any additional information below.
Shockadins are in recount much lower as healers than they can be if calculated correctly, shock are in 4 top spells.
