1022 - Differentiate between player and enemy damage

Right now, you can choose whether or not to display mobs in the main detail window, but when doing so it's merged into the same “damage done” / “damage taken” categories as players are.

I would like an extra category for these, e.g. “enemy damage taken”, “enemy damage dealt” - similar to Skada's way of displaying this information.
