1021 - Recount breaking for my own characters, other players are fine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is Recount showing everyone's DPS. For my own characters, a few days after installing Recount over again (and again and again), it doesn't do that.
Expected: When hover over a player name in the list, it shows top 3 damaging abilities with numerical values.
Instead: When hovering over my own character, it shows top 3 damaging abilities, without numerical values.
Expected: Top 3 Attacked that were actually present in current fight (it's set to current fight)
Instead: Hovering over my own name, it shows Yalnu (Everbloom), Mother Shahraz and Priestess of Delight (Black Temple)

Recount seems to work correctly for all other players but my own characters. I regularly reinstall it, and it seems to be working the first two days, but then it happens again. I notice it because my character's DPS gets significantly lower, and then when I try to check recount details, all numbers are missing. Not sure if it's a setting or something else that changes. I will add a couple of screenshots.

Do the spells show up properly in the details windows when you click on your name?

Also if you have a special character in your name it could cause some issues. Do you problems on other characters too?
