1010 - Boss Listed on Damage List

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter any 5 man or normal/heroic raid
2. see "no one" listedin damage list
3. see "no one's attacks" are from the boss

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to not have the bosses attacks listed at all; problem does not happen always, just occasionally

What version of the product are you using?
6.1.2d

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error log seems to be generated
