8 - Implement a private arrow to not mess with tom tom

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Hijacking tomtom arrow can cause some issues, as noted in addon description.
I repackaged the arrow logic in a library now available as experimental on wowace and, as a proof of concept, modified questpointer to use it and I am happlily using it so maybe you want to give it a try
To use LibArrow just list it in your externals (no dependency added, you aready include LibStub, CallbackHandler-1.0 and Astrolabe)

Attached you find a notomtom.lua wich does the trick, just substitute it to tomtom.lua

    Btw. in toc LibArrow must be included with lib\LibArrow\Lib.xml
