14 - QuestPointer causes fps to drop

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install QuestPointer
2. move to the swamp near Embaari Village in SMV or Fel Forge in Tanaan
3. stand / hover and wait for fps to drop

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fluent gameplay, instead fps drop from 80 to ~15-30

What version of the product are you using?
tested v13-1-g3c338b7 + v13-1-g3c338b7-nolib

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors are shown in Bugsack

Please provide any additional information below.

    I had quests in those areas (daily area quest, alliance side starter quests). Will try again with no quests in that area.
