97 - Seeing Double

Do not show Focus target buffs if your focus target is your current target. otherwise you see double like this screen shot. It looks pretty terrible. Just a simple "hide buffs on focus target if it's current target" :) Double Debuffs

Changed description:
- For some reason quartz was showing double of all debuffs, it didn't do this all night though, just on sindragosa for some reason. It was ugly looking.
