241 - Bug on Quartz for my pala

What is the issue? Im using Quartz addon in my gamestyle and my 3 alts its working fine but on my pala i cant find the loot/trade window anywhere when im setting my frames

Please provide any additional information below. It happen when i restored my pala char yesterday, and its annoying because i was hoping to have no probs at all and just enjoy my char when i finally got it back for so long time
