113 - GCD bar not working for Death Knights, when rune sets are on cooldown
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cast Obliterate twice (to put both frost/unholy runes on CD)
2. Cast Frost Strike/Death Coil or any other on the GCD spell
3. GCD bar will not display
Quartz Version: 3.0.4
Being able to optionally specify an ability like "prospecting" to be used for GCD tracking instead of going by the last ability cast should fix this issue.
