116 - Missing entry in pattern database

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a vendor that sells inscription recipes.
2. Mouse over an item on sale.
3. See the error text in chat.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    This are the new WoD patterns. If anyone is still alive it shouldn't take long till an update now :D
    Else copy & paste it in the PV_Data.lua at the bottom right before the }
