130 - Bug all greyed out mail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.receive new mail
2.open mail box but dont open mail items
3. see all the new mails are greyed out as if they've been read.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
new mail icon should be in color but all my new mail that i receive is greyed out.

What version of the product are you using?
Version: 3.5.4

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

theirs a bug in the last few patches updates all the mail that i receive is greyed out all the time even the ones i did not open or read How can i fix this ?

i all so have TSM mail.
