129 - Decrease minimum opening delay
The default lower bound on OpenSpeed, 0.30s, is high enough to cause considerable delays when opening very large mailboxes (e.g. thousands of auctions).
I have manually edited this to 0.05 on my end and that improves the situation. Would it be possible to include this change upstream as well?
