952 - combo point positioning

When "Position as Bar" is checked for Combo Points, "Side" option misses "center" value, which is probably the only useful one for this indicator.

    PitBull4_ComboPoints.can_set_side_to_center = true

    probably not set because it could scale weird? that and combo points never got the statusbar love some other secondary resources got
