679 - Power bar shown/hidden if full/empty
An option to hide the power bar if it's empty (useful for DKs, Warriors) or Full (Useful for rogues/feral & casters) would be nice, would only show the bar when it's reporting a difference from the "default" state of power.
And option to color the power bar differently when it's over/bellow a certain (configurable) value would also be nice.
