521 - Indicator Stacks - Alignment/Anchor

Currently if you attach multiple Indicator Icons to the same bar/frame location they will stack horizontally: (crude ascii example)
              +---------------------------+
               |                            |
# # # # #  |  Frame                 |
               |                            |
              +---------------------------+

# = Indicator

However I would like the option to stack them vertically:

            # +---------------------------+
            #  |                            |
            #  |  Frame                 |
            #  |                            |
            # +---------------------------+

I'm guessing two options should be added for flexibility:
 1) Stack alignment:  Horizonal, Vertical
 2) Stack anchor:  Top, Middle, Botton, Left, Right
