460 - Borders on Portraits

I would like to request that borders that we assigned to designate normal/elite/rare units also be put on their respective portraits when not positioned as bars.

    To add to this ...

    It would be nice if portraits could have their own border options, as i use custom art for most of my UI. It means the portraits are "free floating" as it were, and it's not a nice look :/
