439 - More fader options

Possible to add a new options to the fader tab, like 'hide while resting', would love this to clear up the UI while afking in cities.

And maybe others like show on hover, or show only if in combat.

    I have a separate ticket which is related: A mouseover fader option would be great. Hiding frames is wonderful, until you need to see them. And I think we can all agree having to get into combat or target a character to make their frame show is a bit excessive. Simply mousing over makes much more sense.

    I think an option for "show when casting" or "not full mana" would be nice... only fade when everything is full health / mana / not casting etc ;D

    Aye, but I'd still love that hide while resting option atleast, sets me off when my unit frame disappears while in BGs or arenas if I drop out of combat.
